ATR
ATR (Average True Range) is a technical analysis indicator that measures market volatility.
How ATR works
The True Range is the largest of the following three values:
The difference between the current high and low.
The difference between the current high and the previous closing price.
The difference between the current low and the previous closing price.
ATR is the moving average of the True Range over the selected period (default = 14 candles).
Interpretation
The higher the ATR value → the higher the market volatility.
The lower the ATR value → the calmer the market.
Important: ATR does not show trend direction, it only reflects the strength of price fluctuations.
How to enable ATR on the chart
In the exchange terminal, open the Indicators list.
Enter “ATR” in the search field.
Select Average True Range.

Indicator settings
By default, the ATR period is 14 candles.
This value can be adjusted depending on your strategy.
