Why Did the Bot Switch to "Failed" Status?

The bot enters Failed status when it encounters a critical error that prevents it from continuing to operate. Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient margin — Your account balance is too low to open or manage positions.

  • Liquidation — The position was forcibly closed by the exchange due to margin exhaustion.

  • Manual trading on the exchange — Manual actions interfere with the bot’s logic, causing inconsistencies.

  • Target Distance too small — The asset price increased, but the bot’s settings remained outdated. As a result, the current target does not cover trading fees, which causes the bot to stop and switch to Failedstatus.

To resume operation, review and adjust the bot’s parameters — especially Target Distance — and ensure your balance and leverage settings are adequate.
