🎮Bot Management

Bot Name Below the bot name, brief information is displayed, including:

  • Exchange (where the bot is running)

  • Contract (the asset type the bot is working with)

  • Direction (Long or Short)

  • Bot Type (e.g., Spot, USDT Futures)

  • Strategy (Default, Auto Grid, Dynamic, etc.)

Checkbox to the left of the bot name: To access the bot’s settings, tick the white square to the left of the bot name. A settings window will appear at the bottom of the page. If you select multiple bots for comparison, the differing parameters will be highlighted in red, making it easier to identify differences and analyze performance during A/B testing.

Bot name: Clicking the bot’s name opens the settings menu, where you can edit the bot's parameters.

⚠️ If you're contacting support or discussing an issue in community chats, always attach a screenshot of the bot's settings.

Summary Statistics & Chart

  • Chart icon: Clicking it opens a panel with performance metrics and a graph.

  • Total Current Profit is shown in green, and position size in blue.

  • The charts are intended for performance analysis and update periodically.

  • Before closing a position, refer to the current value in the table.

  • If the tab was inactive for a while, refresh the page to get up-to-date data.

⚠️ When contacting support, include a screenshot of the summary and chart for a clear performance overview.

Actions

  • Pause: Stops the bot. It will no longer open or close orders, but the current exchange position remains open. To close it after stopping, click the X next to the position.

  • Copy Bot: Quickly create a duplicate with the same settings.

  • Share: Generate a link that lets another user create a bot with your settings (without stats). Useful for sharing configurations. However, this link does not include performance data — always share screenshots for discussions.

  • Flag (Status Toggle):

    • Green — the bot is in Working mode and continues to place and close orders.

    • Blue — activates Disable-IN, meaning the bot no longer opens new orders but continues managing existing ones.

Position Displayed to the right of the bot name. In Auto Grid and Dynamic modes, there may be no net position, but the bot can still have open triggers. This means Long and Short positions are equal. When the price moves in either direction, the position will reappear or be reopened.
