Connecting to Bybit
To start automated trading on Bybit through GinArea, you need to create and connect an API key.
Step 1: Creating an API Key
Go to the API management page on the Bybit exchange https://partner.bybit.com/b/apimanager
Click “Create New Key”.
Choose the API type: “API Keys Created by the System”.
Then set the following parameters:
API Key Usage — Select “Connect to Third-Party Application”
Application Name — Choose “GinArea” from the list of available apps
API Key Permissions — Select “Read and Write” so the bot can execute trades and access account information
Step 2: Connecting the API Key to GinArea
After creating your API key, go to the “Exchanges” tab on the GinArea website.
Enter all the required information from your API key, including the Key and Secret
If the connection is successful, the following permissions will be displayed:

Please note that you cannot connect an API key via the Bybit mobile app. Connection is only possible through the web interface.

API keys created for GinArea are permanent and do not require renewal.
Exchange permissions largely depend on the documents you used during the KYC process. For more details, please refer to the exchange directly and consult the regulations of the country that issued your identification documents.
