GinArea Points Rules

1. Types of Points and Their Purpose

1. The GinArea system provides the following types of points:

   • Trading Points — awarded for trading volume and available for withdrawal;

   • Premium Points — used to purchase paid features and services and also available for withdrawal;

   • Promo Points — granted as part of promotions and special activities and are not available for withdrawal.

2. In addition to withdrawals, points may be used to pay for any features and services within the GinArea platform where payment with points is explicitly indicated.

3. GinArea Points are an internal user reward system for trading activity within the GinArea platform.

4. GinArea Points are not a cryptocurrency, token, security, or any other digital asset.

5. Any third-party coins, tokens, or projects using the GinArea name are not related to the GinArea project.

6. Points cannot be freely purchased. They may only be obtained through the mechanisms available on the GinArea platforms located at ginarea.org and ginarea.com.

2. Points Accrual

1. Points are accrued exclusively to exchange referrals of GinArea, as well as referrals of GinArea’s official partners.

2. Base points accrual system:

   • 1 point is awarded for every $10,000 in trading turnover generated by bots.

3. Individual accrual coefficients apply depending on the exchange:

   • Bybit — coefficient x1 → $10,000 = 1 point

   • OKX — coefficient x1 → $10,000 = 1 point

   • KuCoin — coefficient x1 → $10,000 = 1 point

   • BitMEX — coefficient x3 → $10,000 = 3 points

4. Points are accrued only while the user maintains the status of an exchange referral of GinArea or GinArea’s official partners.

5. In the event that a user loses their exchange referral status (including, but not limited to, changing referral affiliation, account unbinding, transferring the account under another partner, or any other actions on the exchange side), points accrual automatically stops from the moment such status is lost.

3. Points Withdrawal Rules

1. Only Trading Points and Premium Points are available for withdrawal. Promo Points are not eligible for withdrawal and may only be used within the GinArea platform.

2. The minimum withdrawal amount is 5,000 points.

3. Points withdrawals are available only to supported exchanges integrated with the GinArea platform.

4. When withdrawing, 1 point is valued at $0.01

5. Points can only be withdrawn in amounts divisible by 100

6. At the time of submitting a withdrawal request, the user must have the target exchange connected for the withdrawal.

7. Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours from the moment a correctly submitted withdrawal request is received.

8. After a successful withdrawal, the user receives an automated email notification from GinArea containing the transaction hash, which serves as confirmation of the withdrawal.

9. From the moment the transaction hash is provided, GinArea’s obligations regarding the withdrawal are considered fulfilled. Any subsequent delays related to processing on the exchange side, blockchain network, or payment service providers are outside GinArea’s responsibility.

10. When withdrawing Trading Points, the transaction fee is covered by GinArea.

11. For Premium Points operations (deposit and withdrawal), transaction fees are paid by the user. Transactions are processed via third-party payment service providers, and applicable fees and conditions are determined by those providers.

4. Abuse Prevention

1. In the event of detecting unfair actions aimed at artificially increasing the number of points, abusing accrual mechanisms, manipulating trading volume, or any other violations of the platform rules, GinArea reserves the right to:

• cancel accrued points;

• suspend point-related operations;

• restrict access to certain platform features;

• fully or partially block the user account.

5. Final Provisions

1. GinArea, including the platforms located at ginarea.org and ginarea.com, reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice to users.
